My 4 Essential Spotify Playlists 🎢🎡

Sharing is caring (sometimes) so I thought I would share my Spotify playlists with you all. Music plays a big role in my everyday life and I’m sure many of you can relate. Music can get you hype, make you happy, help you celebrate, get you through a heartbreak, or a workout session. Music resonates with people in many different ways and a lot of us can connect with one another through music.

My taste in music is kind of all over the place. I listen to various genres, artists and songs. I listen artists/groups like Arctic Monkeys, Ariel Pink, Young Thug, Drake, JMSN, Brent Faiyaz and many more.

I created four playlists based on certain types of songs I like to listen to regularly and they’re also based on my moods. I thought it would be a good idea to share them with you guys because who wouldn’t want to be put onto some good music?

This first playlist basically consists of a lot of upbeat, hip hop and trap music. The list has various artists ranging from Gucci Mane to Trippie Redd. Some of the music is older, but it’s mostly new songs. I listen to this whenever I need to wake up in the morning, get ready to go out for the night or whatever requires me to be upbeat. I try to make sure that I add new songs to the playlist whenever I come across something new and fitting.

This particular playlist is way more laid back. I listen to this whenever I’m chilling or winding down for the day. The songs are pretty cohesive even though the playlist consists of varying genres. So if you like chill songs, love songs or just songs about life you’ll enjoy this playlist a lot. It’s even a good playlist to listen to and share with your significant other.

Now this playlist is taking it back a decade or so. One of my favorite eras of Hip Hop and R&B is the 90s as well as the early 2000s. I was happy to see that Spotify has a plethora of music from that era in their catalog. Music from the 90s and early 00s were big part of my childhood and teenage years so I love listening to this for a nostalgic feel every now and then. For those of you that check out this playlist you will definitely hear some familiar rhymes and beats, which goes to show how influential that era is today.

Last but not least here’s my British playlist. On here you will find only British artists of course. This playlist is the only one that has a lot of variety in terms of genre. You might discover something you never thought you would like while listening to this playlist.

I hope you guys enjoy!
